The hotel was gorgeous, the room was impressive and I loved top-class stuff. I had a fairly nice stay.

Had an incredible stay here. There was a good choice of delightful meals.

I had an absolutely AMAZING stay and would stay here again, thanks a lot. Magnificent and stunning location down the river, met what was needed. I ate at the gourmet restaurant near the hotel. There was lots of amazing options for buffet breakfast.

The weather was clear, had pleasant stay in February. We appreciated the original-style building and our immaculate room with views of arenal volcano. The breakfast had a lot of good food and drinks. Everything was simply amazing.

Spotless hotel with a unique location and caring staff. All rooms were generally clean and very well decorated. The breakfast was absolutely superb - meats, bread and eggs.

My experience at this magical hotel was really good. The check-in was early, the service was great, plus excellent location. Food was great, drinks were bottled. I had lovely looking and nice looking room with comfy bed. Generally everything was outstanding, though the bathroom was tiny...

Great staff and facilities, it was reasonably clean here. Marble bathroom, incredible bed, nice big bedroom. Exceptional hotel, 16 miles from Aeropuerto de La Fortuna airport. We had the most exceptional few days there.

Extremely convenient hotel overall, loved it, but it had not very good views. Attentive, well-trained staff. There also was easy parking and very clean pool. Perfectly pleasant stay, no complaints, we recommend.

It made my trip to La Fortuna a fun experience. The location was unbeatable, the rooms were gorgeous. Staff was amicable, and the service was top-notch. I got free upgrade and loved it.
